As you know we have changed the date of our biggest event in the NIVO calendar and it will now take place on:

17^th September 2020
Oulton Hall, Leeds

Due to the current situation we are in constant contact with our venue.  We are working on proposals so that we can still have a great day whilst following government guidelines.  Here are a few examples:-

1. Alfresco breakfast – to minimise contact but still network.
2. Shotgun start – This minimises contact time and also means that we can tee off a little later around 12 noon.
3. We are looking into the recording of scores and having an easy way to submit without the need for contact.
4. We will ensure that the management of half-way house is organised so that we can still give you a delicious hot snack and a drink.
5. This year after the golf, having a traditional dinner is not likely to be a good idea.  Therefore we are investigating informal,  Alfresco dining under cover immediately after the golf.
6. The theme will therefore be casual.
7. We will still have an awards ceremony, albeit a little differently.
8. Our charities will not lose out as we will still have a raffle but more hi-tech and we are looking at a card payment device to minimise contact.
9. We will ensure that there are plenty of points where you can sanitise your hands etc.
